30% charge for cancellations between 48 to 24 hours before appointment

Clients who cancel their appointment between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 30% of the total appointment amount.

60% charge for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment or no-shows

Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 60% of the total appointment amount.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment

Clients can cancel their appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
